Moorway is a joint venture  between the Moore family, and Wayville Holdings.

 

Moores Metals was formed over 100 years ago, and evolved through several generations, and is today run by Philip Moore.

Wayville Holdings, although only recently incorporated, is owned by Philip Brown and his family. Philip Brown, was until 2008, both CEO and a major shareholder of the largest independant, bulk Stainless processor in the UK..

 

Now Moores and Wayville have come together to form MOORWAY STAINLESS LTD.

 

Leo Moore - the 4th generation of Moores- will be the operational director of Moorway.

Our fully equipped site has been developed after close co-operation with the authorities, and careful consideration for the environment.

 

A 15metre, 50 tonne in and out weighbridge system has been installed, and this will be linked to a radioactivity monitoring system. A state of the art interceptor has been installed.

 

The site can competently handle substantial tonnages of bulk Stainless scrap, both in solid and turnings form.

 

Segregation of complex aerospace alloy scrap is carried out "in house".
